Delivery Place and Lead Time
Our goal is to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process. The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us through our partner courier companies. Our online store does not support the ability to pick products from a physical location.
As valid are condidered only the orders having delivery place within the Greek territory.
- Orders of products that shown in the online store as “Available” are executed and the products are delivered within a period of one (1) to four (4) business days from the acceptance of each order by the Company within eight business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Exceptionally, in cases of dispatch of products in remote or inaccessible areas (border or island regions) delivery can take place after the deadline, but the Company is obliged to inform the client in writing of the delay in accepting the order due to this reason.
The above deadlines do not apply and the Company has no liability in cases of delay and / or failure to deliver due to reasons of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.), but we will inform you accordingly. The order may be delayed if it is impossible to communicate with you by telephone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with the order, either in relation to the product or regarding its payment) because e.g. the data entered is not properly updated.
Once your order arrives at the designated delivery address, you will be asked to sign the courier’s proof of delivery. If the information entered on the form is incorrect, the Company is not responsible for any non-delivery. The products to be shipped are packed with the greatest care and comply with all relevant regulations.

Lost Packages – Package Receipt
Packages are delivered as soon as the recipient signs the proof of delivery. Each delivered product must be inspected and any reservations must be recorded in written on the delivery note of the carrier in the event of partial or total damage. If you do not complain when picking up the package, this means that the package has been delivered in good condition and no ex-post request or complaint will be accepted. Finally, any package that has not been requested by us to be returned to us may be resent at your own expense.
